The Department of Residential Life and the Student Association presents "Haunted House at Collins Circle" on Thursday October 27th. 3-6pm for the Albany Community and 8-11pm for UAlbany students. Stop by the SA table for FREE candy and refreshments and PREPARE TO SCREAM!

OCTOBER IS COMMUNITY SERVICE MONTH AT UALBANY!


Our theme is UAlbany-Community Together. Please join us for the KICK-OFF EVENT on Wed. Oct. 5 from 10:30 am to 12:15 pm in the Campus Center Ballroom. Meet community partners, Mayor Gerald D. Jennings, City of Albany, and Superintendent Raymond Colucciello, City School District of Albany. Together we will announce plans to connect in new ways. The program includes performances by both UAlbany student clubs and K-12 students. There will be free T-shirts and refreshments too. Speaker Series Recap

The Student Association would like to thank everyone that attended The World Within Reach Speaker Series with Earvin "Magic" Johnson! His hands on approach of sharing his inspirational story from the basketball court to the board room added a new dimension to the Speaker Series. Magic's message of persistent and hard work is sure to leave a lasting impression on all in attendance.

Dippikill Open House

Come explore Camp Dippikill- the 850-acre wilderness retreat owned and operated by the Student Association on November 5th. Join the Student Association in our annual Dippikill Open House. Whether you're new to Dippikill or not, all are welcome to attend. The afternoon's activities will include a tour of the grounds with stops at many of the lodges and Lake Dippikill. Lunch and transportation will be provided free of charge. Bring a friend or make new friends and discover why current students, faculty and alumni all love Dippikill!

For transportation to Dippikill please arrive at Collins Circle at 10:40am. We will be returning at 6:00pm.
